Responsibilities:
- Lead top-of-funnel recruiting activities.
- Maintain talent pipeline through sourcing.
- Optimize sourcing channels and strategies.
- Configure job postings in Ashby ATS.
- Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling.
- Document intake meetings and candidate debriefs.
- Enhance employee onboarding programs.
- Manage new hire welcome experience.
- Support people programs and initiatives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in recruitment and people operations.
- Proven successful sourcing across roles.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Familiarity with Ashby ATS.
- Knowledge of Rippling HRIS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
