Community & Events Lead Full Time NEW

Responsibilities:

• Oversee community initiatives and events.
• Manage events from planning to execution.
• Design event themes, agendas, and formats.
• Conduct research on industry trends and events.
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and speakers.
• Maintain event invite systems and communications.
• Foster community within the portfolio and partners.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and resource hubs.
• Support day-to-day platform initiatives and data management.
• Contribute to special projects as needed.
• Measure success of events and community efforts.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in platform, ecosystem, or operations role.
• Experience with vendor and partner coordination.
• Strong ownership and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote team.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Trello, Notion, Figma.
• Familiarity with crypto and web3 is a plus.
