Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with post-sales services.
• Maintain customer health using metrics and interactions.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with clients.
• Build relationships with clients at various levels.

• Lead high-level online training sessions.
• Maintain regular client communication.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Support, Product, and Marketing.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Analyze customer data to enhance experience.
• Work with cross-functional teams for customer success.
• Track and maintain client health scores.
• Monitor platform usage and strategize for adoption.
• Develop and present best practices to customers.
• Improve customer experience through training and round tables.
• Attend customer meetings to strengthen relationships.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in Customer Success/Account Management.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and resourcefulness.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Accountability and ownership of work.
• Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking.
• Ability to build rapport and influence clients.
• Quick learning of new technologies.
