Digital Advertising Manager (Search & Display) Full Time

Description:

• Manage and optimize Paid Search advertising across Google Ads and Bing Ads to drive pipeline and meetings for the Sales team.
• Run ads across LinkedIn toward Enterprise accounts with a primary focus on driving pipeline and a secondary focus on branding.
• Directly manage Google Display Network (GDN) and additional ad channels.
• Monitor, analyze, and report weekly on performance using Google Analytics, SFDC, and insights from paid channels.
• Provide actionable insights to stakeholders and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Develop forecasts and budgets, driving and executing spend optimization decisions rapidly.
• Run continuous A/B tests and report out on results monthly.
• Optimize across key levers like bidding, creatives, landing pages, ad copy, audience targeting, and keywords to unlock growth.
• Collaborate with Designers, Copywriters, Web Dev, SDRs, Product Marketing, and fellow growth marketing team members to achieve pipeline growth.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in digital marketing within B2B SaaS.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Proven track record of driving pipeline, sales meetings, and customer generation.
• Expertise with Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, Google Analytics, 6sense, and Salesforce (SFDC).
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and basic modeling.
• Bachelor’s degree.
