Description:
- Identify and research prospects.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads.
- Qualify leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet their objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and other departments to support sales efforts.
- Partner with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers to ensure a smooth handoff and seamless customer experience.
- Share market feedback and insights to inform product development and strategy.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Results-driven mindset.
- Passion for sales.
- Experience selling to talent acquisition and/or engineering groups (Nice-to-Have).
