Payroll Administrator Lead Full Time

Description:

• Assisting in the preparation and processing of payroll for Anthology’s employees globally, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies and procedures for company-wide payroll processing and accounting.
• Assisting in payroll integration efforts during mergers and acquisitions, supporting the onboarding of new employees.
• Managing and mentoring a team of payroll professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Partnering with HR, accounting, tax, legal, and other functional areas to provide data and reports as needed and ensuring responsive resolution of employee payroll issues/inquiries.
• Supporting payroll activities for expansion into new international locations, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Developing and monitoring internal controls to accurately report financial information for the payroll department.
• Managing relationships with payroll vendors, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Overseeing year-end processes, including filing and issuance of year-end forms to employees and authorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in payroll.
• At least 3 years of experience in global payroll operations.
• Strong organizational skills with a hands-on approach.
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation skills, and relationship management.
• Advanced computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
