Software Team Manager (Remote) Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Build software in a SCRUM environment.
• Manage and monitor software engineers.
• Guide all software development projects.
• Drive organizational improvements.
• Communicate across all organizational levels.
• Assist product owners in writing requirements.
• Estimate project deadlines.
• Test and review team members’ work.
• Lead and coordinate projects independently.
• Architect and design complex systems.
• Resolve advanced customer-facing issues.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Nextech products.

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of C#, Angular, JavaScript.
• 7-10 years of industry experience.
• 3-5 years of Microsoft tech stack experience.
• 3 years of using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience as a lead or coach to engineers.
• Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.
• Drive to work in a dynamic environment.
• Appreciation for open, constructive dialog.
• Understanding of DevOps principles.
