- Lead and manage client projects, including content development and project leadership.
- Create payer value propositions and communication toolkits to shift payer beliefs.
- Conduct payer depth interviews, advisory boards, and strategy workshops.
- Deliver global value pack resources, payer value strategy, and payer documentation.
- Demonstrate high-impact scientific storytelling and deliverables.
- Ensure technical accuracy and critical appraisal in market access strategic thinking.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in specialist market access consultancy.
- Proven track record in payer value strategy projects and value communication.
- Experience in client management, project leadership, and content delivery.
- Expertise in interpreting clinical and health economic data.
- Experience writing global value dossiers, payer value propositions, and HTA submissions.
- Experience advising clients on global market access strategy.
- Ability to innovate and lead transformation in the sector.
