Software Engineer II Full Time

• We’re looking for a Senior Security Engineer to join our team who thrives on working with development teams to secure their products across the software development lifecycle.
• As a product security engineer you will be building automated tools, review platform and service designs and architecture and finding ways to empower engineering teams to build secure software by default.
• You will be involved in partnering with our security teams and leadership groups across Atlassian’s vast footprint to uplift our security programs.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise and experience working in security-focused roles.
• In-depth experience with application security, especially web application.
• Significant experience in cloud security architecture and infrastructure.
• Experience coding in Java, Python, or Go, and driving security-related engineering.
• Experience leading large-scale projects from start to finish and mentoring other security engineers.
• Adept experience providing SME knowledge and guidance to stakeholders and engineering functions.
