Description:
- Maintaining and upgrading Liferay and Jira instances.
- Design, develop, and implement custom software capabilities for a variety of legacy and modernized systems with limited oversight.
- Act as a member of a product team supporting teammates and collaborating with a do what it takes attitude to ensure product and team success.
- Provide improvements to the product(s) being supported.
- Actively participate in release and sprint planning.
- Ensure product quality and timeliness of work, providing advice and guidance, resolving problems to meet objectives.
- Provide mentoring to junior members of the team.
Requirements:
- 5 years with BS/BA, 3 years with MS/MA, or 9 years of relevant professional experience may have been considered in lieu of a degree.
- Must have Liferay 7.x and Ansible work experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of technical experience with software design, development, and implementation utilizing Java, Kubernetes, Linux, SQL/mySQL, Maven, and Go.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience developing RESTful web services utilizing SpringBoot.
- Ability to obtain an FAA public trust clearance.
- US Citizenship or Green Card holder.
