Medical Billing Agent Full Time

Description:

• Conduct data entry for billing claims accurately and efficiently.
• Provide dedicated follow-up and support to customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Code diagnostic codes with precision and attention to detail.
• Perform reconciliation of claims to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Handle data entry tasks for both paper and electronic submissions with diligence.
• Assist with marketing administration and provide support where needed.

Requirements:

• Ability to manage high workloads within a fast-paced environment, while maintaining both efficiency and accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with customer service skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills (Google and Microsoft applications, Adobe software).
• Exhibits a proactive and action-oriented approach to tackling tasks and challenges.
• Ability to thrive in working independently, with a high degree of accountability.
• Upholds rigorous standards of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Keen eye for detail, ensuring precision and accuracy.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work full-time on weekdays.
• Willing to demonstrate proficiency in computer data entry through a skills assessment.
• Familiarity with medical terminology (strong asset).
• Prior experience in the medical field, transcription, or medical administration (strong asset).
