Technical Program Manager Full Time

Description:

• Scope: Help design and drive a new planning process for better predictability, quality and alignment with business priorities and KPIs.
• Own the planning process: Be a change advocate to drive planning retrospectives and improving our planning process, as our company scales and matures.
• Strategic programs: Be the execution leader for major pivots or highly strategic company initiatives, ensuring that we deliver on initiatives with significant business impact.
• Crafted decision making: Drive a reliable, visible cadence for reviews, decision making, sizing, resource management so we can make the right (and sometimes hard) choice.
• Communication: Ensure that updates on execution against plan, escalations and changes to plan are done in a thoughtful, methodical way to ensure smoother execution.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience as a software technical program manager.
• (Nice to have) Prior experience working in a startup.
• (Nice to have) Prior experience in designing a new planning process (not just executing one).
