Description:
- Reporting to the Beauty Director, you will be a storyteller with a passion for beauty.
- You will pitch, write, and build daily beauty articles for WhoWhatWear.com spanning in-depth product reviews, sale roundups, SEO content, celebrity interview features, trending beauty stories, and more.
- You will work with the beauty team on editorial tentpoles, features, and franchises that build on Who What Wear’s brand equity and maintain existing franchises.
- This is an exciting opportunity for someone to generate innovative content ideas that delight readers and drive results for WWW.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience writing beauty-specific content for a digital publication.
- Can envision and execute beautifully-packaged features.
- Creative – able to approach traditionally top-performing story categories with a natural desire to make decisions informed by data and performance.
- Success at collaborating with multiple teams across business categories, including distribution, art, sales, and data teams.
- General working knowledge of affiliate marketing, HTML, CMS, and SEO tools—easily able to study and track analytics to improve performance.
- Comfortable interviewing celebrities or experts for beauty features or interview pieces.
- Awareness of the latest trends and buzzy topics within the beauty space—has an excitement to create content for Instagram, TikTok, and WWW’s other social platforms.
