Paralegal Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation, review, and revision of corporate documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including data privacy and industry-specific regulations.
• Support corporate, contracting, intellectual property, privacy, compliance, and other initiatives as needed.
• Develop and manage processes for optimizing the legal team’s work, including advising on adopting legal operations best practices.
• Manage the contracts database.
• Assist with entity formation, annual filings, and routine maintenance of Vida’s legal entities.
• Provide general legal support to the legal department, including drafting correspondence, preparing legal filings, and assisting with other legal projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certification from an accredited program.
• 4+ years of experience as a paralegal at a law firm or in-house.
• Strong understanding of contract law, privacy, and compliance principles.
• Experience in a healthcare environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
