Operations Manager Temporary

Description:

• This role serves as a key support resource to the Senior Director, responsible for establishing and maintaining operational systems that enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
• It involves developing workflows, managing information, and executing administrative duties to support the team’s strategic objectives.
• The role requires an individual with exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to align team priorities with broader organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team’s leader to design, implement, and refine operational workflows and task management systems.
• Streamline processes to enhance efficiency and promote alignment across team activities.
• Monitor and manage team priorities and performance metrics, providing insights and solutions to address gaps or inefficiencies.
• Execute a variety of administrative tasks to support the Senior Director, including scheduling, document preparation, meeting coordination, and communication management.
• Maintain utmost confidentiality while managing sensitive information, employee records, and candidate files.
• Organize and oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution of team initiatives.
• Engage with stakeholders to determine project needs, resolve issues, and provide direction to appropriate resources. Escalate unresolved concerns when necessary.
• Assist with administering HR programs, policies, and processes to improve overall employee satisfaction and engagement.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing systems and procedures. Assist in implementing new processes to meet organizational needs.

Requirements:

• Years of experience: 3 years
• Experience level: Experienced
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree
