BU Sales Specialist III, Director, Managed Services Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert on ACA products and services.
• Receive opportunities from Account Executives and see them to closure.
• Serve as a consultative seller, aligning solutions with customer needs.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals quarterly.
• Conduct detailed data analysis to identify additional market opportunities.
• Respond to bid and proposal opportunities.
• Devise innovative selling techniques to drive the business forward.
• Build a strong sales pipeline and nurture leads.
• Present ACA’s offerings confidently to clients and prospects.
• Negotiate engagement terms with clients.
• Collaborate effectively with team members of varying strengths and personalities.

Requirements:

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 6+ years of experience in client success, account management, or sales.
• Passion or experience with the compliance industry.
• Strong understanding of industry, market, and stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Results-driven and able to meet or exceed performance targets.
• Highly motivated, organized, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
