Account Executive Full Time

Summary:

• TFS is the nation’s largest provider of brand-independent facilities, fleet, and asset management services for various industries such as manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, and hospitality.
• The role involves working with existing clients to provide tailored Material Handling Equipment (MHE) fleet solutions based on site audits and needs analyses.
• Responsibilities include optimizing equipment fleets, developing financial savings plans, and creating client-specific value propositions for TFS products.
• Reports to a Regional Vice President and is eligible for base salary and commissions.

Responsibilities:

• Work with existing clients to achieve maximum value by providing an MHE fleet solution based on specific needs analysis/audit.
• Perform audits of material handling equipment fleets at client locations such as factories, distribution centers, and retail centers.
• Establish deep knowledge of customer systems and product life cycle to drive business growth.
• Develop financial saving plans based on site audits of equipment and financial records.
• Create customer-specific positioning and value propositions for TFS products and solutions.
• Lead commercialization activities for key products and markets to achieve growth goals.
• Monitor and evaluate customer purchasing trends and adapt strategies to meet market demands.
• Evaluate client procurement and financing needs regarding leasing, purchasing, or renting.
• Collaborate with various levels of client organizations to proliferate and onboard new clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in banking, leasing, finance, national sales, or project management.
• Working knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce preferred.
• Strong math and finance skills preferred.
• 3+ years of experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 70%.
