Medical Assistant – Remote Full Time

• The Medical Assistant will assist the team in referral management for high-risk patients and help with patient needs under the department manager’s direction.

Responsibilities:

• Receive new patient referrals from clients.
• Create charts for all new patients.
• Input medical information in new charts.
• Help Care Coordinators with patient needs as applicable.
• Foster relationships with their team to ensure the CareHarmony culture is positive and supportive.
• Other duties as applicable.

Requirements:

• Great attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Excellent professional presence when dealing with colleagues.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet critical deadlines.
• Fundamental skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Medical Assistant certificate must be active and in good standing.
