Responsibilities:
- Build long-term strategic plans to maximize client success and revenue.
- Engage with clients to build trust and enable them to leverage Carbyne’s platform.
- Develop relationships with product users and decision-makers to drive revenue growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and change agent for client challenges.
- Shape solutions aligning with client needs and ROI objectives.
- Drive account capture and planning from inception to closure.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and gather competitor intelligence.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in SaaS and cloud services.
- Must reside in Pennsylvania.
- Proven relationships with senior decision-makers in the designated territory.
- Experience with long sales cycles and managing strategic accounts.
- Knowledge of PSAP technologies and contact center challenges is a plus.
- Technical aptitude and ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, finance, or related fields.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
