Responsibilities:

• Provide fast, delightful responses to customer requests via live chat, email, and phone.
• Maintain a positive, helpful tone with customers during interactions.
• Resolve first-level questions and manage expectations related to product issues.
• Identify and escalate technical issues to QA and engineering teams.
• Provide product feedback to internal teams based on customer insights.
• Improve user-facing educational resources and contribute to customer retention strategies.
• Train and mentor new team members through feedback and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with financial advisors, broker-dealers, and related core audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
