Business Development Manager – Staffing Services Full Time

Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an effective sales plan for medium to large-size accounts.
• Use consultative sales strategies to drive new business and resolve client objections.
• Determine client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create contracts, proposals, and sales collateral.
• Conduct formal sales presentations and follow-up calls with prospective clients.
• Set pricing for quotes and bids in line with financial objectives.
• Conduct cold and warm outreach to generate new business.
• Maintain detailed records in the CRM system, including contacts, appointments, and opportunities.
• Meet or exceed weekly and quarterly sales performance metrics.
• Work with leadership on contract negotiations, SOWs, and responses to RFPs.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships at all levels.
• Conduct on-site visits to clients, facilitate meetings, and attend industry events as needed.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of business development or staffing sales experience.
• Strong consultative and solutions-based selling skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including to executive-level audiences.
• Proven ability to build relationships with various levels of leadership.
• “Hunter” mindset and ability to thrive in a quota-driven environment.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.
