Responsibilities:

• Producing high-fidelity desktop interfaces for core applications and marketing pages.
• Leveraging design patterns and styles from Albert’s design system.
• Expanding and improving styles and components within the design system.
• QA-ing implemented designs to ensure alignment with user experience objectives.

Requirements:

• Excitement for working on Albert’s specific product.
• Experience designing desktop-first interfaces with mobile considerations.
• 3+ years of professional experience in design.
• Strong understanding of design principles like layout, typography, color theory, and psychology.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant desktop-class UI work.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Open-mindedness and experimental design approach.
• Ability to research and analyze patterns, user behaviors, and feedback.
• Proficient understanding of HTML and CSS for design-to-code translation and QA.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards in design and code.
