• The Sales Order Coordinator role ensures accurate order processing and aligns closely with sales and operations teams to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage sales orders through the entire lifecycle.
• Collaborate with sales teams to verify order details and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate customer activation codes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sales orders and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Work closely with sales representatives to gather required order information.
• Communicate order status updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Address customer inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure timely delivery of software licenses or products.
• Coordinate with sales and finance teams to determine appropriate invoicing times.
• Reconcile sales orders and invoices with the finance department.
• Validate global renewal quotes and assist with quote distribution for global renewals.
• Work with global sales teams to update renewal quotes after upsells.
• Support resellers and distributors with renewal-related questions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales order processing or a related role in the software industry.
• Strong understanding of software licensing and pricing models.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in order processing software and CRM systems.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to extended hours during peak periods, such as month-end.
• Problem-solving skills, quick learning ability, and resourcefulness.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
• Experience with NetSuite is preferred.
