Senior Alliance Partner Manager Full Time

Summary:

• Drive Vonage’s Salesforce and Salesforce SIs referral business for the region.
• Develop and nurture relationships with Salesforce and Salesforce’s ecosystem partners.
• Align Vonage’s sales team with Salesforce and SI counterparts.
• Position Vonage as the number one communications partner within Salesforce.
• Own and execute field events with Salesforce and SI partners.
• Maintain strong relationships cross-functionally within Vonage and with partners.
• Establish interlocks across internal and partner resources on alliance strategy.
• Drive Vonage’s Salesforce and other partner go-to-market strategies.
• Develop and deliver training/education for various departments on Salesforce.
• Promote the Vonage brand and partnership value with customers and at industry events.
• Manage business and technical escalations and ensure success.
• Execute against established relationship, sales, and revenue goals.
• Recommend and support the implementation of improvements to Alliance Partnership Management.

• Establish interlocks across internal and partner resources on alliance strategy and milestones.
• Drive Vonage’s Salesforce and other partner go-to-market strategies within the region.
• Develop and deliver training/education on Salesforce for various departments.
• Promote the Vonage brand and partnership value with customers and at relevant industry events.
• Manage business and technical escalations and communicate with stakeholders to maintain momentum.
• Execute against established relationship, sales, and revenue goals.
• Recommend and support the implementation of recommendations to streamline the Alliance Partnership Management process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related discipline.
• Strong prior experience in an Alliance Partner Management or related role.
• Experience in finding, recruiting and on-boarding new partners.
• Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem would be of interest.
