• Partner with hiring managers to create tailored recruitment strategies.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Stay updated on industry trends and provide market insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Deep understanding of technical roles, tools, and technologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.
