Design and refine critical areas of the Claim app to enhance user experience.
Design a new onboarding flow to help users better understand and engage with the Claim product.
Create new features and improve existing ones to drive consumer value and simplify app UX/UI.
Participate in growth and new feature development initiatives.
Test and iterate on designs to meet business goals and improve overall product experience.
Collaborate closely with the core team to share design progress, ideas, and feedback.

At least 3-5 years of experience in building digital products with a focus on designing major sections of apps.
Proven ability to create consumer-centric experiences that drive engagement and business impact.
Strong proficiency in Figma, including the ability to create UX flows, detailed UI, and prototypes.
Highly user-centric, with the ability to conduct research and test design concepts.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and breaking down complex problems into actionable design solutions.
Ability to align designs with business and product goals.
Bonus: Experience working on consumer apps and optimizing designs for growth initiatives.
