UX Research Support Associate Temporary

Responsibilities:

• Understand the company’s platform to effectively identify research opportunities and target appropriate audiences.
• Build and field studies for prototypes and other designs for websites, apps, and digital experiences, considering the journey of end users.
• Coordinate survey launches with partners and monitor progress for timely delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary changes.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of mixed-method research experience, preferably in the digital space.
• Knowledge and experience across a range of research methodologies, including usability studies, interviews, and surveys.
• Understanding of quantitative methodologies including survey design and analysis.
• Proficiency with building surveys on Qualtrics, creating screener questions for specific audience targeting.
• Proficiency with HubSpot Service Hub or similar tools such as ZenDesk.
• Experience with Userlytics and Figma preferred but not required.
