Foodservice Regional Sales Manager, West Full Time

• The Foodservice Regional Sales Manager, West (RSM) role is a key member of the Foodservice Field Sales Team, responsible for growing Impossible Foods’ business through collaboration with Brokers, Distributors, Operators, and other Strategic Partners.
• The RSM will also manage the FS West Region Operator Specialist.

• This position is based in the relevant market that the RSM is accountable for.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and strengthen relationships with Brokers, corporate and independent Distributors, and key Operator accounts to achieve goals within the assigned region.
• Communicate expectations and goals to external partners, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to support channel partners in achieving sales targets.
• Generate revenue in the assigned region and be accountable for results.
• Represent Impossible Foods at food shows, distributor sales meetings, and training events.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, marketing agreements, and growth programs.
• Analyze Broker and Distributor reports and provide bi-weekly summaries to internal team members regarding partner performance.
• Manage administrative responsibilities with partners, including sample shipments, document and information requests, competitive intelligence reports, market feedback, supporting supply chain needs, and facilitating invoices/deductions.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience building relationships with Foodservice (FS) Operators, Distributors, and Brokers at the regional/national level.
• Ability to travel 40-60% of the time.
• Seasoned communicator, both written and spoken, with experience creating and delivering presentations.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Must reside in the West Region, with preferred markets in Los Angeles or San Francisco.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience selling novel Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) products in Foodservice.
• A bias toward action, with an entrepreneurial mentality and the ability to make and own decisions.
• Emotional intelligence, a positive attitude, and the ability to influence change with both internal and external partners.
• A growth mindset, being curious, seeking help from others, accepting feedback, and using setbacks as opportunities for growth.
• Experience in triaging inquiries and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Benefits:

• Base salary range of $111,000 – $142,080 per year, plus equity, benefits, and a bonus for sales incentive plan roles.
