• They are looking for a Sr Deal Desk Analyst to support AMER Unified Commercial Sales teams, with a focus on deal pricing, structuring, and deal management strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively support AMER Unified Commercial Sales teams with deal-related matters, providing pricing guidance and compliant deal structure alternatives.
• Lead varying GTM objectives and drive pricing strategy.
• Work independently to drive daily and regional improvements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including Finance and Legal, on non-standard deals.
• Lead region price trending analysis to uncover regional and competitive price trends.
• Be an active member of Sales teams, helping them close deals effectively.
• Collaborate with global counterparts to ensure process consistency.
• Contribute to building a new quoting system to improve sales and operational productivity.
• Review and approve AMER quotes that align with Deal Desk authority levels.
• Work with Revenue Operations teams to improve deal management processes across Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Channel Operations, and Orders.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience supporting Sales in deal pricing, structuring, and support.
• Ability to influence Sales teams and build strong collaborative relationships across multiple functions.
• Ability to listen to the needs of the Field, problem-solve, and escalate issues as needed.
• Startup builder mentality for setting up deal management strategies and processes for scale.
• Strong curiosity to understand GTM strategies and products in detail.
• Self-motivated with initiative and follow-through on tasks and assignments.
• Ability to work with Revenue Accounting and Legal to ensure deals are structured according to revenue guidelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to summarize and translate complex field needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, Technology, or Economics; MBA a plus.
• Required experience with G-Suite, Salesforce.com, Excel modeling; experience with NetSuite and advanced business analytics tools (like Tableau) a plus.

• Base salary range: 92,000 – 127,000 USD per year (varies based on location).
