Marketing Development Representative Full Time

• The position of Marketing Development Representative (MDR) offers an opportunity to drive lead pipeline generation and contribute to company success.
• The role is remote with a preference for candidates in the Northeast.

Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue through outbound prospecting and follow up on marketing-sourced leads from industry events, account-based marketing, and demand generation programs.
• Send and monitor high volumes of calls, emails, videos, texts, and LinkedIn messages to engage the target audience.
• Provide field insights to inform and drive growth within the MDR team.
• Collaborate with New Business Developers, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, and other departments to strategize, craft messaging, and execute account plans.
• Facilitate strategic discovery meetings with qualified buyers of the SBT Platform.
• Perform account and contact research to prioritize outreach and craft tailored messages for target personas.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of SBT’s platform and customers to engage in meaningful conversations that convert into business opportunities.
• Utilize Hubspot, SFDC, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lavendar, and Outreach to drive results.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on team results for the MDR Team Lead.

Requirements:

• Previous outbound experience as a Sales Development Representative.
• Experience in the Payments or Messaging industry is preferred.
• Proven success in competitive sales environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Growth-oriented mindset with a competitive drive, eager to pursue a career in sales.
• Willingness to travel for tradeshows and team planning sessions across multiple locations.
