Responsibilities:

• Report into the Senior Customer Engagement Team Lead and be the first line of contact for customer inquiries via Live chat and emails.
• Work scheduled hours, answering incoming emails and Live chat questions.
• Report ongoing issues or training requirements to the CE Manager, Assistant Manager, and Team Lead.
• Maintain an average chat time below 10 minutes.
• Follow up directly with customers who have messaged in and need assistance.
• Be available to work on projects or tasks assigned by the CE Manager, Assistant Manager, Team Lead, or Head of CE.
• Handle tickets using the internal Zendesk system.

Requirements:

• College degree or high school diploma or at least 1 year of work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual in both French and English, written and oral.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Zendesk experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of sports, online betting, or gaming is preferred.
• Full flexibility required for availability 24/7, including day, evening, night shifts, and weekends, as per the scheduling completed by management.
