Affiliate Specialist Full Time

Summary:

• Reporting to: Director of Partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Proofread, test, and implement changes to content from affiliates.
• Coordinate across teams to communicate updates.
• Assist Senior Affiliate Manager with content update tasks as required.
• Edit daily offers from over 450 affiliates to highlight the best deals, craft compelling copy, and deliver a best-in-class user experience.
• Derive which offers are best to promote.
• Monitor performance of affiliates to optimize programs.
• Advise affiliate program manager of issues.
• Fill seasonal pages with relevant offers based on that week’s content.
• Use remnant inventory to grow awareness of affiliate deals and drive both commission revenue and user engagement.
• Monitor performance to optimize opportunities.
• Coordinate with the Customer Care team on weekly QA of offers to resolve issues with links/codes on the site.
• Escalate issues to Senior Affiliate Manager for resolution.
• Review materials and assets provided by new affiliates for accuracy and optimization.
• Act as the voice of the user to craft copy and advise of changes to assets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or relevant field.
• 2-3 years of experience working in a corporate environment.
• Marketing knowledge and skills.
• Proficiency in online office tools including Microsoft and/or Google.
