RFE Support Specialist Team Lead for Immigration Law Firm Full Time NEW

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership and Supervision:
  • Lead and motivate team members to ensure high performance and engagement.
  • Manage team schedules, workload distribution, and coverage for smooth operations.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members in day-to-day tasks.
• Operational Excellence:
  • Oversee the completion of Forms, Documents, Assembly, and Declaration and Form Review tasks.
  • Ensure the team meets accuracy, quality, and productivity targets.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve outcomes.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Act as the main point of contact between the Support Specialist and other teams in the RFE Department.
  • Provide regular updates to the Production Supervisor on team progress and challenges.
  • Address escalations or process issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Training and Development:
  • Identify skill gaps and provide training to enhance team capabilities.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions for feedback and support.
  • Develop growth opportunities for team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Process Improvement:
  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend process enhancements.
  • Participate in developing or refining standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of processes related to USCIS Forms and Document management.
• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure the team produces accurate and high-quality work.
• Organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in roles related to document processing, assembly, or review.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Prior experience in a legal or documentation-related field.
• Familiarity with tools and software used in document assembly and review processes.

Benefits:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday 9am to 6pm EST.
• Payrate: $8/hr
