Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the P&C Manager and partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, create job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach and interviews to offer negotiation.
• Proactively source and identify top technical talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Source, screen, interview, prepare candidates, and hire top talent to ensure they meet technical and cultural fit criteria.
• Manage the ATS (Attraction Tracking System) Trakstar.
• Lead the Cultural Fit and Use Cases with candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Discuss inputs about industry trends and recruitment standards.
• Help with Employer Branding strategies.

Requirements:

• Advanced English level.
• Previous experience with a complete recruitment cycle.
• Previous experience with tech positions.
• Ability to qualify candidates and connect them with the right opportunity.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Applicants must live in Brazil, have a Brazilian bank account, be legally allowed to provide services to a Brazilian entity, and be willing to receive payment in Brazilian local currency (Real R$).
