Summary:

• In this role, the Sales Development Representative will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a key role in the early stages of the sales cycle.
• The position offers the opportunity to influence the communication platforms of various industries and make a direct impact.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate first contact with potential customers using sales tools.
• Plan and conduct initial product presentations, collaborating closely with the CEO.
• Manage the first part of the sales cycle, from scheduling appointments to preparing for and following up on meetings.
• Use CRM software (HubSpot) for efficient lead management and tracking.
• Implement new cold-calling strategies and identify new potential leads.
• Regularly report progress and results to the management team.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales and acquisition, ideally in B2B sales.
• Driven and ambitious, willing to take responsibility for personal success.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to persuade, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to contribute ideas and drive both personal and team growth.
• Desire to build or advance a career in sales.
• Fluency in German (native or second language).
