Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for parents and students, ensuring high customer satisfaction through phone, email, and WhatsApp communication.
• Assist customers in finding optimal solutions and advise them on contract renewals and required lesson packages.
• Work closely with the tutoring and education consulting teams to coordinate efforts.
• Help improve the company’s processes and workflows by gaining insights from customer interactions.
• Prepare analyses, reports, and evaluations.

Requirements:

• A desire to improve the world through education.
• Native or accent-free German language skills.
• A strong aptitude for consulting and helping customers understand available options, including upselling additional tutoring packages.
• An understanding of human behavior and needs, with a passion for providing education solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize and find the right solutions for each customer.
• The ability to remain structured and calm under stress while maintaining a clear overview.
