Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Track and deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) to support company OKRs.
Support the integration of a healthcare interface engine into Arcadia’s lakehouse.
Drive product perspective on healthcare data standards and interoperability specifications.
Develop and maintain product backlog for the use of HL7, FHIR, and X12 standards.
Contribute to a prioritized, long-term roadmap for key components of the Arcadia platform.

At least 1 year working in a Product Management role.
At least 3 years working with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, X12, etc.).
