Summary:

• Axios is a media company dedicated to providing trustworthy, award-winning news content in an audience-first format.
• The Associate, Client Success will support the Local advertising team by delivering a best-in-class experience for advertising partners through superior organization and attention to detail.
• In this role, the Associate will handle post-sale client activities, including creative development, asset collection, reporting, and more.
• The position requires close collaboration with Client Partnerships, Smart Brevity Studio, Events, Brand Journalism, and Ad Operations teams to execute campaigns across the Axios product suite.
• The Associate will also assist with media planning, proposals, and renewal activities.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Client Success team in delivering an excellent experience for advertising partners through organization and attention to detail.
• Handle post-sale client activities such as creative development, asset collection, and reporting.
• Work with Client Partnerships, Smart Brevity Studio, Events, Brand Journalism, and Ad Operations teams to execute campaigns.
• Assist with media planning, proposals, and renewal activities in collaboration with the Client Partnerships team.

• Prior professional experience in account management, customer support, media planning, digital marketing, ad operations, or business development is a plus.
