• Nimble is looking for a VP of Business Development to bring in critical pharmaceutical partners.
• This individual will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to help expand Nimble’s footprint.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, develop, and execute business development goals and action plans.
• Research and contact new potential pharmaceutical clients to establish rapport.
• Identify opportunities to introduce Nimble and its mission to new potential clients and propose business deals and partnerships.
• Develop quotes and proposals for clients.
• Use exceptional negotiation skills to close high-stakes deals.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success working in a business development role.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA optional.
• 8-10+ years in successful business development strategy during a rapid sales growth period with large life science companies.
• A compassionate and confident approach to selling.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, pivot with shifting priorities, and be proactive.
