Responsibilities:

• Active participation in ongoing accounting, including VAT validation, accounts receivable and payable, account reconciliations, and collection management.
• Processing supplier payments.
• Active involvement in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and monthly group reporting.
• Independently booking bank statements.
• Close collaboration with the CFO, the team, and internal departments (e.g., reviewing, accounting, booking selected invoice categories, supporting accounting-related inquiries).

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting (completed accountant training is a plus).
• Independent, accurate, and well-structured work style.
• Very high internet affinity and quick comprehension.
• High willingness to learn.
• Very good Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Very good German language skills.
• Good English language skills, both spoken and written.
