Responsibilities:

• Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction in the assigned geographical territory.
• Promote LendingOne’s products and services by addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Act as a consultant to borrowers/clients, educating borrowers on LendingOne products and services, analyzing borrowers’ assets and investments, and advising borrowers regarding the advantages and disadvantages of LendingOne financial products.
• Guide borrowers through the investment process, including counseling borrowers on how to become qualified to do business with LendingOne.
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with LendingOne borrowers, offering excellent service and securing repeat business.
• Screen potential business deals to protect LendingOne’s assets and those of LendingOne capital investors by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements/potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending quality products and services to new and existing clients.
• Develop long-term relationships with new customers by examining risks and potential in recommended deals, and by estimating customers’ needs and goals.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customers’ needs and objectives.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders about progress, timelines, and stipulations.
• Ensure proper collection of required documents and closing schedules.
• Work closely and collaboratively with the operations team during the closing process.
• Close new business by contacting potential partners in a lead-generated environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the real estate lending space (conventional/nonQM/mortgage insurance, etc.).
• Minimum 2 years of professional real estate consultative sales experience with high net-worth clientele.
• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business sales experience.
• Experience building client relationships by phone.
• Minimum 5 years of professional real estate consultative sales experience with high net-worth clientele (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years in business-to-business sales (preferred).
• Experience in commercial and residential mortgage lending (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills, and time management.
• High attention to detail and critical thinking skills, with the ability to anticipate and address potential issues.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving with a positive, team-oriented mindset, high energy, and persistence.
