Summary:

• Seeking a highly motivated and experienced APAC Recruiter based in the Philippines.
• The position involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, supporting hiring needs for various roles across the APAC region.
• The ideal candidate will have expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes and a proven track record of sourcing and hiring talent through LinkedIn and other channels.
• This is a remote, full-time position focused on supporting APAC hiring demands.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles across the APAC region.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to identify, attract, and engage top talent.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring demands.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand role requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with the hiring team.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and strategies, especially within the APAC region.

Requirements:

• Proven 4+ years of experience as an IT recruiter, preferably within the APAC region.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and other sourcing tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with remote hiring processes and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
