Summary:

Deckers Brands seeks a Senior Director for HOKA Retail in North America to drive strategic direction, growth, and profitability in the retail operations. This leadership role requires deep knowledge of the retail landscape, particularly in the performance footwear industry. The position is remote with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive retail strategy for North America.
• Identify growth opportunities, including new store openings, market expansions, and e-commerce integration.
• Oversee the financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing retail management team.

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
• Lead the planning and execution of new store openings in key markets.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability in a multi-store environment.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the North American retail market and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and omnichannel environment.
• Passion for the performance footwear industry and a deep understanding of the HOKA brand’s ethos.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of retail leadership experience, with a focus on the performance footwear industry.
