Cyber Security Assurance Analyst Full Time

Summary:

Harrods is seeking a Cyber Security Assurance Analyst to join their IT team. This role focuses on assessing information risks, identifying high-risk suppliers, and working with legal, procurement, and IT teams to manage these risks. The position requires collaboration and participation in cyber security and data protection initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Identify contracts involving sensitive information to embed cyber security requirements into vendor contracts.
• Work with Legal, Procurement, and IT teams to track and complete remediation actions agreed by suppliers.
• Raise awareness of cyber and information risk across IT supply chains.
• Collaborate with the cyber security and data protection teams on awareness initiatives.
• Participate in developing and maintaining cyber and information security policies and standards.
• Attend key meetings within the IT Project Management Office to ensure thorough review of the IT project portfolio.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cyber and information security with a focus on risk assessment and control frameworks.
• Analytical approach with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships at all levels.
• Strong customer service focus when dealing with internal and external parties.
• Excellent time-management and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
