Responsibilities:

  • Design Research & Inspiration gathering – Spot trends, understand user needs, and develop creative ideas for designs.
  • Competitor & Market analysis – Analyze competitors, identify best practices, and derive innovative solutions.
  • Look & Feel Design – Create aesthetic and functional design concepts to strengthen brand identity.
  • Prototyping & Interactive Figma Prototypes – Transform ideas into tangible, testable design solutions.
  • Create Presentations & Pitch Decks – Prepare and present concepts in a professional and visually appealing manner.
  • Prepare for and follow-up on client meetings – Structure content, document insights, and coordinate follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Studying in Design (e.g., Communication Design, UX/UI Design, Media Design) or an impressive portfolio as a career changer.
  • Basic knowledge in Figma and a desire to dive deeper into UX/UI design.
  • Willingness to learn new tools – beyond Figma to explore other design and prototyping programs.
  • Creativity and a good sense of aesthetics – recognize and improve great design.
  • Structured and independent working style – contribute your ideas and implement them efficiently.
