Summary:
Aria Care Partners, a leader in providing onsite dental, vision, hearing, and podiatry care, seeks a Medical Data Entry professional to assist in maintaining and updating customer and account information in databases for skilled nursing facilities. The role involves reconciling census, updating admissions, and ensuring accurate data entry. Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain databases with new and updated customer and account information.
- Reconcile incoming census and request new lead information.
- Enter new admissions into the CRM system and set them up as accounts.
- Send and receive mail and packages, and update returned mail.
- Update the parent/home account with death and discharge information.
- Send and receive faxes and emails.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- 1-3 years of customer service experience with a service company preferred.
- Salesforce.com or CRM experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Reconciliation skills to handle different sources of data accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills to prioritize and plan work activities.
- Attention to detail and quality control.
- Adaptability to changes in the work environment.
- Dependable and consistent attendance.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
