Summary:
Tiko is seeking a Service Quality Specialist (SRH) to oversee quality assurance for health services on their platform. The role involves ensuring high standards of care, managing service level agreements, and coordinating training for providers. The position is based in Abuja, Nigeria, and offers a dynamic, global work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Adjust quality assurance operating procedures and policies to meet market needs and ensure quality standards are met.
- Understand clients’ needs and ensure services are implemented to the highest standards.
- Solicit feedback from actors and beneficiaries to assess whether requirements are met and provide recommendations for quality improvement.
- Monitor and manage Service Level Agreements with franchisors and flag breaches.
- Set up, contract, and manage a pool of independent providers on the platform.
- Set up and coordinate a pool of independent quality auditors to certify and audit providers.
- Lead the continuous assessment of provider and field employee training gaps.
- Develop and maintain quality reports and relevant documentation.
Requirements:
- Based in Abuja (mandatory).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a quality improvement role.
- Experience working in the health services sector, preferably in SRH (mandatory).
- Exposure to implementing health quality improvement audits.
- In-depth knowledge of modern Quality Management Systems and Processes.
- Confident and clear English communication skills – both written and verbal.
