Summary:
AUTOMOBILE PROTECTION CORPORATION is seeking a GAP Claims Customer Service Representative to handle ACD calls, process incoming mail and faxes, and communicate with customers and lenders regarding GAP claims. This role involves data entry, correspondence, and assisting customers with claim information.
Responsibilities:
- Receive ACD calls from customers, dealers, lenders, and other parties regarding GAP claims.
- Enter incoming mail and faxes into the GAP system.
- Respond to emails from customers and lenders, providing necessary information.
- Call customers for missing claim information when necessary.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to handle up to 50 calls per day.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong data entry, typing, and 10-key skills.
- Excellent attendance record.
- Strong customer service skills with effective written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Previous claims experience preferred but not required.
