About Me

A little bit about myself as mentioned in my resume, I am a graduate from Swinburne University with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, majored in software development. I am currently a relationship manager in the auto-finance department at Malayan Banking Berhad (Maybank) in Malaysia for over a period of close to two years now. I deal with corporate and commercial clients that are looking to lease machineries, equipment or motor vehicles such as tower cranes and transport trucks for their business operations. I take charge of interviewing directors to discuss the finance details for the unit to be purchased before calculating the debt service ratio and recommending the cases for approval. In addition, I do have experience in customer service as I attend customers via phone or in person at my branch regarding enquiries as well. I also do provide additional services for my customers such as handling their motor insurance and travelling to meet company directors for agreement signings as well.
