I live in the UK and I currently work as a Fraud Investigator. In my role, I help consumers and financial business resolve scams and Fraud related complaints. Being an investigator as allowed me to acquire skills such as dispute resolution, problem solving skills, report writing, people skills, good communications and I believe that these skills are needed to perform exceedingly well in this role.
I have demonstrated in my previous roles and most especially in my current role that I am a leader and I can communicate with clarity, conviction and enthusiasm with colleagues and customers to drive positive results.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, writing and cooking.
